LICENSING IMAGES
Thank you for your interest in my photography. Permission and rights to publish, display, distribute, transmit or otherwise "use" my images must be acquired prior to any such use. Please contact me at antmerriweather@gmail.com to obtain a photo license.
HOW TO LICENSE
Simply email me directly at: antmerriweather@gmail.com.
In the email subject line type “Image Licensing.” In the body of the email please provide a link to the image or images you would like to use along with a detailed description of how you wish to use them. From that point, we can begin the negotiation process and draft a contractural agreement and arrange payment.
Obtaining a license to use a photographer's work is required by US Copyright Law – except under a few circumstances. If you wish to legally publish my photography and not worry about the potential issue of copyright infringement, you will need to obtain permission. All of my photography is copyrighted.
